He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Lodema; and his brother Johnny. He is survived by: his daughters, Brittany (Josh) and Megan (Brandon); his grandchildren, Jayden, Harleigh, Juliana and Riley; his stepchildren, David, Kerri, Elizabeth (Ryan) and Andrew; his stepgrandchildren, Adyn, Bella, Braydin and Austin; and his sisters, Gail and Donna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
