She was predeceased by: her husband Sam A. Collins; and her granddaughter Chelsea Collins. She is survived by: her sons, Sammy Collins (Cindy) and Larry Collins (Terri); her grandchildren, Bram Collins (Jennie), Samuel Collins, Matthew Collins (Lauren), Nicholas Collins, Brittany Wisner (Cody) and Christopher Collins (Katy); and her great grandchildren, Emily Collins, Andrew Collins, Chase Collins, Nora Collins, Grady Wisner, Benjamin Collins, Eliza Collins, Magnolia Wisner, Cedar Collins, Zipporah Collins and Caleb Collins.
