He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Harriet Reese; his children, Pamela Ann McGahee, Philip Walter McGahee (late Joe Ann) and Angela Marie Virella (Andy); his grandchildren, Laura McGahee, Kenneth Chambers (Sarah), Jessica Davenport (Dannie), Jonathon Virella and Rachel Watts (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Hailey Snaidman, Corvin Davenport, Audrey Barker, Luke Davenport, Lane Davenport, Kyler Davenport, Evie Watts and Kayson Davenport; his great great grandchild Evan Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Jennie Durham and Edward Gay.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Langley Church of God (2444 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Graniteville, SC 29829). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Considering his great-granddaughter Evie's courageous battle with Leukemia, it has been asked that memorials be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. (http://www.lls.org).
