Peggy J. Franklin Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2023, at the age of 80, Peggy J. Franklin of North Augusta, South Carolina, born in Graniteville, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Inez "Nanny" Owens of Belvedere; and her son John Dewbre. She is survived by: her children, Angela McCollum (David) of North Augusta, Tim Holloway (Debbie) of Johns Island and Perry Holloway (Rosaura) of Weston; and her brother Steve Owens of Hendersonville. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
In honor of her memory and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
