She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph E. Starnes; her parents, Ralph Ennis and Birdie Elizabeth Butler Ennis; her children, Laura Ann Nappier and Tommy Williams; and her brothers, Randy Ennis, Eddie Ennis and Jimmy Ennis.
She is survived by: her daughter Frances Nappier Koon (Barry); her brother Clemson Ennis, Sr.; her daughter-in-law Kathy Williams; and her grandchildren, Dr. Travis Wiggins, Kimberly P. Hibbard (Hugh), Erika Anderson (Todd), Chad Williams and Hope Williams. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, as well as other relatives.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service (3464 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Graniteville, SC 29829). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service (3464 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Graniteville, SC 29829).
