He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Blackwell and Clara Mae Blackwell; and his sons, Anthony Lee Blackwell and Richard Earl "Rick" Blackwell. He is survived by: his wife Judy Harris Blackwell; his daughters, Judy Sharon Bodie (Watson) and Pam Howard (Mark); his siblings, Lillie Mae Yaun and Ray Blackwell (Debbie); his grandchildren, Christopher Bodie (Angelika), Matthew Bodie (Samantha), Kayla Howard and Wesley Bodie (Samantha); and his great grandchildren, Lindsey and Luke Bodie. He is also survived by brother-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
