He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth F. Moore and Dorothy Thelma DeLaigle Moore; and his siblings, Steadman Moore, Donna Corey, Melinda Vigil and Marvin Moore.
He is survived by: his son William Lee Moore (Amy); his siblings, Gloria Scott (Kenneth), Michael Moore and Clifford Moore (Margie); his nieces, Haylie Corey, Allison Smith, Sarah Carter and Shannon Smith; and his nephew Jason Smith.
