He is survived by: his children, Leonard Keith Fitzpatrick, Pamela Ann Smith, Ruth Marie Robertson, Rachel Ann Dempsey (Allen Dempsey), Nathanael Allen Lines (Quannie Lines), Joshua Martyn Lines, Rebekah Esther Sinclair (Ethan Sinclair), Matthew David Fitzpatrick (Amanda Fitzpatrick), Lanie Nicole Fitzpatrick and Jayden Isaiah Fitzpatrick; and his siblings, Richard Fitzpatrick (Carol Fitzpatrick) and Barbara Couch.
