He was predeceased by: his spouse Blanch Edna "Bunny" Wygant Martz; and his parents, Andrew P. Sr. Martz and Beatrice "Betty" Cann Martz. He is survived by: his children, John, Jr., Lori Martz, Andrew David, Brenda Leigh Martz, William Edward, Becky Martz, Richard Budd and Dottie Martz; his siblings, Andy Martz, Sam (Diane Martz), Bill (Chris) and Merrie Martz (Terry Perry); his sister-in-law Debbie Martz; and his grandchildren, John, III (Viviana Martz), Joshua (Chrissy Martz), Jaclyn Martz (Christopher Martz), William (Amanda Martz) and Kasey Davis (Chad Bowlin).
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service (3464 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Graniteville, SC 29829).
