James L. Davis Obituary
The memory of James L. Davis of North Augusta, South Carolina, who passed away on November 21, 2024 at the age of 76, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the vast expanse of eternity, James shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his sister Patty Davis Lucas; and his parents, Betty Loman Davis Royster and Earl Davis. He is survived by: his wife Mary Baird Davis of North Augusta, SXC; his daughters, Jennifer Davis Hamlet (Tommy) of Warrenville, SC and Elizabeth Davis Harrison (Ralph) of Kentucky; his brother Robert Royster of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Sibley McKenzie Hamlet (Dylan Ridgeway) and Seth James Poston; and his great grandchild Wells Davis Ridgeway.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Hatcher Funeral Home Chapel (3464 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Graniteville, SC 29829).
