He was predeceased by: his father Donald Douglas Phillips; and his niece Lena DeWolfe. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Goins Phillips; his sisters, Donna Kolb (John), Angela DeWolfe (Chris) and Paula Phillips; his nieces and nephews, Philip Kolb, Cheyenne DeWolfe and Karlee Kolb; his great-niece River Kolb; and his nephew Sawyer Kolb.
