He was predeceased by: his parents, Heyward Moyer and Onie Moyer; his son Steven Andrew Tolson; and his siblings, Leland (Mary), James Moyer (Pansy) and Kathryn Couch (Deck).
He is survived by: his wife Magdalene Spoon Moyer; his children, Beverly Thompson (Ron) and Phillip Allen Moyer; his granddaughters, Angela Cuzmar (Jorge) and Betheny Adair (Matt); and his great grandchildren, DJ, Ryan, Bryce, Emory, Everitt and Emelia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
