He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ford Owens; his children, David Eugene Owens (Angela), Candi O'Bryan (Aaron) and April Owens (John Quarles); his stepson Walter Fuller; his sister Doris Fugate; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Justin, Madison, Chelsey, Tyler, Haley and Cody.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Harley Funeral Home & Crematory (1025 Main St S, Greenwood, SC 29646).
