She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Charles Holden, Sr.; her parents, Emanuiel Edward and Alma Valean Williams Land; her son Samuel Charles Holden, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Melvin Griffin.
She is survived by: her daughter Terri Holden Brooks; her daughter-in-law Teresa Holden; her granddaughters, Carolyne Brooks, Jayde Winn (Fletcher) and Jessica Teresa Holden; her great grandchildren, Samuel Harter, Waylon Winn and WylieAnn Winn; her sisters, Janice Griffin and Robin Cobb (Paul); and her niece Kitty Kitty.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Siloam Baptist Church (2409 Siloam Church Rd, Greenwood, SC 29646). A memorial service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
