She was predeceased by: her father George Oates. She is survived by: her mother Theresa Oates; her sons, Jonathan Phillips of Aurora, CO, Nathaniel (Brande Phillips) of Aurora, CO and Michael Phillips of Youngstown, OH; and her brother Greg Oates of Myrtle Beach.

Memorial donations may be made in Lynne's name to Revive Church general fund at Revive Church Myrtle Beach, 2573 Forestbrook Road, Myrtle Beach, SC 29588.
