It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Bullard of Nichols, South Carolina, born in Marion, South Carolina, who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alton Bullard and Retha Bell Sanderson Bullard; his wife Judy Elliott Bullard; his daughter Jennifer Bullard; and his siblings, Henry, George, James Bullard and Evelyn Stanley.
He is survived by: his son Mark Bullard; his granddaughter Addison of Mullins; his brother Joe Bullard (Rachel) of Loris; and his close friend Josh Elliott of Nichols. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
