He is survived by: his mother Mildred Bullock Lovett (Judy); his children, Sunshine Lovett Blevins and Randy Lovett II; his son-in-law Todd Blevins; his sister Sonnie Lovett Shelley; his brother-in-law Johnny Shelley; his niece Kristi Shelley Forbus (Brian); and his nephew Cam Shelley (Irvin Anderson).
