He is survived by: his wife Sarah Lewis; his children, Justin Lewis (Heather) of Loris, Kim Page (Tron) of Lake View, Amy Lewis of Nichols and Melissa Gore (Chris) of Nichols; his siblings, Douglas Lewis (Faye) of Elgin, SC, Terry Lewis (Christine) of Holly Hill, SC and Debbie Jenerette of Aynor; his grandchildren, Courtney, Ryan, Adam, Summer, Megan, Kensley, Paisley, Peyton and Aubree; and his great grandchildren, Coraline, Aaiden, Archer and Lila-Kate.
