We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2024, at the age of 94, Malcolm McCormick of Nichols, South Carolina, born in Marion, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence W. McCormick and Sarah McLean McCormick; his son-in-law James Strickland; and his siblings, Stephen McCormick, Louise Geiger and Sarah Ham.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn McCormick of Nichols; his children, Michael McCormick (Wanda) of Charleston and Nanette Strickland of Tabor City; his grandchildren, Christopher McCormick (Angela), Natalie Frenier (Blake), Colby Strickland (Jessica) and Blake McCormick (Kelsey); his great grandchildren, Lance Strickland, Davis Strickland and Kathryn Frenier; and his sister Frances Harrelson of Columbia.
