He is survived by: his children, Brandy Leah Arthur (Donald E.) of Seward, Alaska and Micah Chaddie Hayes (Cammie Joy) of Nichols, SC; his grandchildren, Brian E. Dales, Jr., Alek Lee Dales, Blaine Hayes and Draven Thomas Adams; his brother James Hayes of Hendersonville, NC; and his siblings-in-law, Lynetta Rogers, Benny Johnson and Leon Johnson.
