She was predeceased by: her father Ned Williamson; and her husband Leroy Cook. She is survived by: her mother Katherine Harrelson Williamson; her children, Roy Lee Cook and Jamie L. Cook; her sister Faye Williamson Lindsey; and her pet Fluffy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
