She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Loyd and Nancy Allen Cecil. She is survived by: her husband Michael; her children, Justin Fowler (Andrea Baldwin) of Elon, NC and Sonja Bugary (Robert) of Bremerton, WA; her brother Robert L. Cecil, Jr. of Archdale, NC; her siblings-in-law, Sherri Owens (Tim) of Ft. Mill, SC and Roy Philip Fowler (Clarissa) of Tega Cay, SC; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Natalya, Kira, Ian, Tiernan, Athena and Corvin. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and cousins.
