We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Judy Bullard of Nichols, South Carolina, born in Marion, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Marshall Elliott and Sarah Mae Elliott; her brother Steve Elliott; and her daughter Jennifer. She is survived by: her husband Charles Richard Bullard of Nichols; her son Mark Bullard; her granddaughter Addison Bullard; and her siblings, Eugene Marshall Elliott of Mullins, Alice Elliott Cullipher of Marion and Gail Elliott Williamson (Ricky) of Nichols. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
