He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fowler and Susan Long Fowler; and his wife Myrtice. He is survived by: his grandson Jimbo; his sons, James H. Fowler (Sandra) of Nichols and Glenn Fowler (Cindy Lou) of Florida; his grandchildren, Celena Watson (John), Christina Fowler and Jennifer Fowler; and his great grandchildren, Jadyn, Chase, Reagan, Dawson, Austin, Savannah and Trevor.
