It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Foster Strickland of Nichols, South Carolina, born in Marion, South Carolina, who passed away on July 10, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Herschel Monroe Strickland; his son Barry Strickland; and his brother Kelley Ray Strickland. He is survived by: his mother Eula Mae Small Strickland of Nichols; his sister Deloris Elliott (Squeaky) of Latta; his nephew Kevin Strickland (Tara) of Aynor; his nieces, Tracy Suggs of Aynor, Sonya Rogers (Rodney) of Latta and Candy Devers of Mullins; and his sister-in-law Cathy Strickland of Aynor. He is also survived by loving son and brother.
