He is survived by: his wife Hilda Martin Mincey; his children, Adam Lesley (Pam) and Rebecca Sieber (Zack); his grandchildren, Scott, Megan, Chloe and Rowan; his mother Sallie Strickland Seaboch; his sister Sheri Mincey Blakely; and his nieces and nephews, Rachel, Aleigha and Jacob.
