He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Gladney and Mary Frances Hunter Gladney. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Mae Gladney; his children, Carlton A. Gladney (Teresa) of Newberry, SC and Adrienne L. Gladney of Newberry, SC; and his sisters, Elizabeth Lindsey of Thomasville, NC and Betty Sims of Columbia, SC. He is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one uncle, five sisters-in-law, five brothers-in-law, other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Fairview Baptist Church (5424 SC-34, Newberry, SC 29108).
