He was predeceased by : his daughter Tristan Nicole Fulmer; and his father David Eugene Fulmer. He is survived by : his sons, Timmy Fulmer (Samantha) and Seth Fulmer (Abby Stutts); his brothers, Hank Fulmer (Lisa), Philip Fulmer (Judy) and Andrew Fulmer (Tenisha); and his mother Frances Cornelia Fulmer.
