We bid farewell to Sue Marsh of Newberry, South Carolina, born in Hoboken, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 27, 2025 at the age of 85. Sue touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; her parents, Sterling Moore and Edith Moore; and her sisters, Genevieve Larmeu and Billie Moskoviotz.
She is survived by: her children, Eileen Marsh Kneece (Mitchell) of Saluda and Patrick Gregory Marsh (Melissa) of Fountain Inn; her grandchildren, Kristin Kneece, Kelli Kneece (Tony Valdez), Darren Marsh, Cody Marsh (Blythe), Dylan Guion and Mason Guion; and her great grandchildren, Carter Robles and Emma Robles. She is also survived by two nieces, a nephew, and a host of cherished family and friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (1724 Main St, Newberry, SC 29108). A reception was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Sue's memory to Newberry First Baptist Church, 1020 Boundary Street, Newberry, SC 29108.
