She was predeceased by: her husband Bryan Kelley Goforth, Sr.; and her parents, Johnnie Tilford and Velma Ora Coleman Walters. She is survived by: her children, John Wesley Goforth (Kathy) of Cross Hill, Bryan Kelley Goforth, Jr. (Brandy) of Newberry and Shannon Lori Goforth of Prosperity; and her siblings, Carol Arrington of Oklahoma and Kenneth Walters of Minnesota. She is also survived by four grandchildren and one step-grandchild.
