He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Horton and Novice Werts Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Tracey Counts Hunter; his children, Nathan James Hunter of Prosperity and Hollie Helen Hunter (Mary Beth Hunter) of Lexington; his siblings, Linda Guy of Easley, Joan Longshore of Newberry, Miriam Templeton (Bob) of Laurens and Harold Hunter, Jr. (Robbie) of Newberry; and his sister-in-law Alicia Blair (Bob) of Blair. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
