He is survived by: his wife Beverly Goggans Herbert; his siblings, Betty Lyles (Kenny) of Pomaria, SC, Thelma Herbert of Lexington, SC, James F. Herbert (Anna K.), John E. Herbert (Deborah) of Prosperity, SC, Raymond Herbert (Linda) and Calvin Herbert (Cathy) of Newberry, SC; his mother-in-law Fannie M. Goggans of Newberry, SC; his sister-in-law Belinda Rikard of Newberry, SC; and his friends, Richard Smith, Carl Lyles, Mario Agnew and Joseph Maybin. He is also survived by friends, nieces, nephews, God children and cousins.
All in attendance are asked to wear a mask or face covering and to practice social distancing.
