She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel O. Wise and Jesse Haltiwanger Wise; and her sister Vonetta Wise Ramos. She is survived by: her husband Finley J. Garvin; her children, Jason Garvin of Prosperity, Brad Garvin of Louisville, KY and Adriane G. Smith of Prosperity; her siblings, Raye Wise Moody of North Augusta, Mary Lula Wise Pitts of Mandeville, LA and Samuel O. Wise, Jr. of Graniteville; and her grandchildren, Dylan Garvin, Madison Garvin, Liam Garvin and Beckett Garvin.
