He is survived by : his parents, James Willie Bailey and Teresa Elkins of Newberry, SC; his wife Deshara Counts Bailey; his children, Destiny Johnson of Greenwood, SC and Mantrevis Sligh of Newberry, SC; his siblings, Kernita Ruff of Newberry, SC, Javon Bailey of Newberry, SC, Arkevius T. Elkins of Irmo, SC and Shavis Sims of Newberry, SC; his grandmother Hattie Elkins of Newberry, SC; his aunts and uncles, Coretta Elkins, Renita Bookman (Terry), Latunga Worthy (Thomas), Byron Elkins (Keisha) of Newberry, SC, Bennie Hall of Newberry, SC and Corey Hall of Newberry, SC; and his mother-in-law Kathy Ann Saddler. He is also survived by one sister-in-law, four brothers-in-law, a number of other relatives and friends.
