It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melissa Helen Smith (Newberry, South Carolina), who passed away on May 2, 2023, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Harold Smith; and her grandparents, Harold, Ernestine Smith, Jim and Laurene Dean.
She is survived by : her caregiver Melissa; her mother Becky Smith; and her siblings, Julie Crooks (Brian), Nancy Smith and Dean Smith (Mattie). She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
