She was predeceased by: her parent Mayes Derrick; her husband Leroy Mack; and her siblings, Mayes, Ralph, Robert, John Derrick, Hattie Rae Pitts, Grace Pitts and Jessie Mae Hendrix.
She is survived by: her parent Effie Shealy Derrick; her great grandchildren, Kynley, Justin, Camron and Alexa; and her sisters-in-law, Gussie Derrick, Frances Mack and Martha Derrick. She is also survived by her sons and their spouses, Lenny and Lynda Mack and James and Ellen Mack all of Newberry; grandchildren.
