He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl O'Rell and Clarice Wilhite Taylor; his grandson Landen Drake Taylor; and his brother Randy Taylor. He is survived by: his daughters, Britt Taylor (Shane Sligh) and Haleigh Taylor; and his siblings, Debbie Hunter (Billy), Robin Cofer (Rick), Denise Taylor and Carl Taylor, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Whitaker Funeral Home – Newberry (1704 College St, Newberry, SC 29108). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Rosemont Cemetery (2450 College St, Newberry, SC 29108).
