Lois Williams Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois Williams of Newberry, South Carolina, who passed away on December 2, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Magnolia Sligh and Johnny B. Hunter; her children, Thomas Sligh and Ola M. Hiller; her husband Edd Williams; her siblings, Anthony Sligh, James Earl Sligh, Dennis Byrd and Betty Jean Sligh; her grandchildren, Willie Eddie Hiller and Elizabeth Hiller Lemon; and her aunts, Willie Mae Glasgow and Mae Frances Sligh.
She is survived by: her children, Maggie Lee Sligh, Eddie Mae Sligh, Dianne Sligh (Willie), Eloise Sligh (Kevin) and Andre Lamont Cromer; her adoptive son Diamond Hiller; her siblings, Emma Lee Eigner (Eddie), John Willie Sligh (Mary), Willie Lee Sligh (Linda), Eugene Gallman and Robert Gallman; her great grandchildren, Mahagony A. Cromer, Amaya Smith, I and McKenzie Jackson; her siblings-in-law, Debra Williams, Laura Mae Kinard and Ronnie Burton; and her goddaughters, Rev. Jacqueline R. Sims (Lyndell) and Lashanda Agnew. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
All in attendance are asked to wear a mask or face covering and to practice social distancing.
