She was predeceased by: her parents, Dock Braxton and Joyce Jackson Hayes. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Wayne Swygert; her pet Kenzie; her children, Lindsey Dean Stribble (Kerry) of Little Mountain, Michael Braxton Stribble (Allison) of Newberry, Franklin Dell "Bubba" Hayes of Augusta, GA and Jamie Stribble of Suffolk, VA; her stepdaughter Ashley Swygert of Newberry; her grandchildren, Colin Stribble, Landon McCoig, Blake Stribble, Maddy Stribble, Erin Murphy, Braeden Murphy, Teagan Hayes and Eli Swygert; her sisters, Patricia Tiffner of Gilbert and Donna Hayes of Lexington; her siblings-in-law, Tim Swygert (Tracy) of Prosperty and Paula Denton (Bill) of Lexington; and her nieces and nephews, Kristopher McLeod, Kayce Shealy (Brian), Hailey Atkinson (Webb), Erik Little, Kasey Denton and Morgan Swygert.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Glenn Street Baptist Church (300 Glenn St, Newberry, SC 29108). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
