He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Sonny" Sheets and Mary Ellen Smallwood Sheets; and his siblings, Debbie Cornwall (Gene) and Steve Sheets. He is survived by: his wife Katherine "Janie" Wood Sheets; his children, Joshua Sheets (Rachel) of Columbia and Desiray Burk (Michael) of Newberry; his sisters, Ellen Sheets of Pekin, IL, Karen Ball (Kenny) of Wister, OK and Michele O'Ben (Allen) of Livermore, ME; his grandchildren, Kevin Burk, Cynthia Burk, Kayleigh Sheets and Ivy Sheets; and his sister-in-law Sue Sheets.
