She was predeceased by: her husband D. Braxton Hayes, Jr.; and her parents, R. D. Jackson and Pearl Jowers Jackson. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Hayes Swygert (Ken) of Newberry, Patricia Hayes Tiffner (Jim) of Batesburg and Donna Hayes of Lexington. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
