He is survived by: his mother Melanie Diane; his daughter Kendra Michelle Crumpton; his siblings, John Daniel Crumpton, Jr., Doris Cofield, Crystal Williams and Jackie Gallman; and his aunts, Bonnie Tollison and Judy Crumpton.
