He is survived by: his parents, Wilbur A. "Billy" Nichols and Penney Waites Nichols of Newberry; his brother Benjamin Lee Nichols (Hannah) of Pomaria; his half-siblings, Christina Holcombe (Mike) of Anderson and Alan Nichols (Christy) of Easley; his aunts, Amy Waites Russell and Ann Nichols Spotts (Jeff); his uncle Johnny Nichols (Tammy); and his close friend Jennifer Kinard.
