He is survived by: his parent June Milhone Matuszak; his wife Bernice Andrjwski Matuszak; his children, Keisha Delong of Toledo, OH, Jay Matuszak of Austin, TX, Don Matuszak of Whitehouse, Nicholas Matuszak of Newberry and Mary Matuszak of Beloit, OH; his brothers, John Matuszak and Todd Matuszak; his grandchildren, Jami, Zoey, Harley and David; and his pet Princess.
