He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Cook and Estelle Cole Cook; and his uncle J. W. Cook. He is survived by: his sister Deborah Howe (Ralph) of Newberry; his nephew Chris Howe of Newberry; his niece Michelle Howe of Newberry; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin Howe of Charleston, Benjamin Duece Goings of Newberry, Tristin Goings of Newberry, Brittany Kelly (Zack) of Chapin, Ashlyn Howe of Prosperity and Aliah Howe of Newberry.
