He is survived by: his daughter Shanette Crooks of Fort Mill, SC; his siblings, Elizabeth Douglas (Willie Floyd), Cynthia Douglas (James Dewalt) and Jarard Douglas (Evette) of Newberry, SC; his niece Matreese Grazier; his nephew Samun Floyd; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Faye Douglas, Elizabeth Douglas and Tallton Maybin. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
