He was predeceased by: his parents, William George Peters and Geraldine Estes Peters Brammel. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Cameron "Camie" Peters; his daughter Connie Phillips (Darrin) of Hartwell; his stepdaughter Erin Charleston of Fl; and his sister Sandy Acres (Randy) of Naples, FL.. He is also survived by Two nieces and a nephew along with four grandchildren and two step-grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Coile and Hall Funeral Directors (333 E Johnson St, Hartwell, GA 30643). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church Cemetery (2973 Mt Olivet Rd, Hartwell, GA 30643). The military honors was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at the Chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors (333 E Johnson St, Hartwell, GA 30643).
