He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Amick and Doris Rauch Amick. He is survived by: his wife Nadine Counts Amick; his sons, Kirby Nils Amick of Athens, GA and Johnny Amick (Leann Cockrell) of Prosperity; and his granddaughters, Ellison Cockrell and Miranda Amick.
