He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Benjamin and Rosa Senn Bartley; and his siblings, Mary Merchant, Sara Sepulvado, Ed Bartley, Charles Bartley and Heyward Bartley.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Rodgers Bartley; his sons, Keith Bartley (Dee Dee) and Jeffrey Bartley (Pam) of Prosperity; his grandchildren, Ashton Davis (Jody), Erica Harmon (Chris) and Austin Bartley; and his great grandchildren, Jordyn Davis, Joyner Davis and Madison Harmon.
