Herbert; her sisters, Annie Mae Stuart and Emma Lee Turner; her grandchildren, Harry A. Goggans (Carmen) and Esco F. Rikard, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Autumn K. Rikard, Carly G. Thomas, Darius A. Goggans, Esco J. Rikard and Jalen A. Goggans; her great great grandchild Easton R. Thomas; her niece Sarah L. Alexander; her nephew Joe K. Turner (Pat); her friend Beverly Dominick; and her sister-in-law Nancy B. Chaplin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

All in attendance are asked to wear a mask or face covering and to practice social distancing.
